2. What is your MOQ?
Stock product MOQ is 1 piece, custom package MOQ is 1000 pieces, custom product is 2000piece.
3. Is it available to get a free sample?
We are glad to provide sample to check our quality and set up the cooperation with you. For stock product, it is free, But you need to pay for shipping. If it is custom toys, Sample charge, mould fee, and shipping fee should borne by purchaser. You can tell us your requirements, and we will give you our quotation, After confirm the price, samples will on the way of express after 15-20days. 
4. How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it is 4-7 days if the goods are in stock. If it is customized toy, Usually 20-30 days after you confirm the sample’s quality. We regard clients’ time as gold, so we’ll do our best to deliver goods on time. The sample charge and delivery fee negotiable.
5. Can you provide OEM & ODM?
Yes, We are making toys for years, and we accept OEM & ODM design for purchaser. But we need you provide sample or send us vector graph including PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, etc. Resolution no less than 1000 dpi, and the higher, the better. 
6. Can we have our brand logo on the packaging?
Yes, we accept customized packaging as long as order quantity over 1000 units per product. 
7. Where is your loading port?
Shanghai, Ningbo.
8. The product is environmentally friendly for children?
Yes, of course. We use the water-based paint. It is very safety and non-toxic. Don’t worry about it.
9. Do you have product warranty?
Yes, we guarantee the products customers received are qualified. If any broken parts, please send us detailed photos by email, and we will send you the replacements according to actual conditions.
10. What is your terms of payment?
We accept T/T, L/C, Trade Assurance. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
11. How can your factory guarantee the quality?
