Q4. Can I have my company name or logo on my custom toys?
Yes. We can add your logo on your plush toys in various ways. We can make your logo on the t-shirt/ belly/ feet of your toys by
printing or embroidery. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage. Furthermore we can print your company
logo and/or url and/or character name on the label.

About the sample fee

Q1. Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our
designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will tak responsibility for your
samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

Q2.How much is the sample fee?
The account is up to your sample, usually it is 50-150 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex,
the sample fee will be higher.
When your value of trade reaches 8,000 USD, you will be our vip customer. And all your samples can be negotiable, meantime the
sample time will be much shorter than normal.

Q3. Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?
If your order amount is more than 8,000 USD, the sample fee will be refunded to you.
